Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

All custom products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, design complexity and current order volume.

The expected fulfillment or supply date will be provided with the order or during checkout where applicable.

Local pickup may be available by arrangement.

For shipped orders, available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times will be provided before the order is completed. Shipping times are estimates and are separate from production time.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery time.

If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping destinations: Canada [add United States/international if you ship there].

B.C.'s newer distance-sales requirements are worth paying attention to here. Before purchase, businesses must disclose things such as delivery method/location, applicable costs and, when the product isn't supplied immediately, the date it will be supplied.
